Well thankfully Christmas is over and now I can concentrate on an obligation free holiday period. Was up this morning early to get over the Harbour bridge to Torpedo Bay. My Photographers Ephemeris app indicated the sun would rise diagonally off the wharf at Torpedo Bay, so at 5:30 I was there. The shot above was lucky there was a Container ship sailing through the shot.
A normal exposure to show the container ship.
Just before 6am (Sunrise) the clouds solidified and the red was gone and the sun struggled to break through.
With the sun struggling to make an appearance, I went under the wharf to shoot this one back towards the city.
And this one of the boat ramp with some sketchy looking shellfish in the foreground.
Well I am off to the gym. It has been closed last few days for Christmas. This coincided with a pretty bad food intake for me in that period, so better get there this morning. Happy New Year to you all.
